First time I've been here, pool looked great. Attended a soft play party - small soft play great for younger children. Food and drink available from little food and drink counter. Easy to park.

We used to book the basketball area. The communication with the staff is not always ideal. The vending machines are also quite often out of order. The gym area is quite well equipped. We also used a few times the soft play area and the kids enjoyed had really fun.
My children are going for a swimming lessons there. They asked me to set a direct debit, however, when they cancel the lessons they never refund the money without me go back and ask them for a refund. I never get any help from the reception staff. They don't have a clue about the lessons or whatsoever. Finally we were asked by the reception staff to send an email to the chief instructor. It has been months and I am still waiting for a reply. And also they keep changing the teachers and there is no consistency in teaching.We wasted out time and money.... i will not recommend this pool and facility.... poor management.
Management never respond to email suggestions (so what's the point of having suggestion slips at reception?). Showers good but not very clean. Instructors good but other staff disinterested. Main pool very cold, which has caused several regulars to go elsewhere. A false economy to have the pool temperature so low.
